FTP server back online
I had an ftp server outage for a few days, because of two disk failures. I replaced the disks and everything is back online as of today.
Hi Aleksey, thank you for MaSuRCA, it's a great assembler. I have a quick question about the output. In the subdirectories 10-gapclose and 9-terminator, do the assembly files (genome.scf.fasta) differ only in gap filling? Or are there other differences as well? Thank you.
